One of the Batch 21 students from the Department of URP, BUET, Muntaha Kadir, secured the champion position at the CENNOVATION CennoGIS competition. Her idea titled “Flood Risk Mitigation and Infrastructure Planning for Feni District, Bangladesh: A GIS-based approach” won top honours in the category of Geospatial Innovative Challenge. She received high praise from the judges for the innovative work. The competition was organized by the CEE department of IUT. The selection was conducted online, and the final round took place on 25 July 2025. Congratulations to Muntaha on her achievement.
